IT Solutions Architect (NetSuite)

Location: Discovery Business Center, 15211 Laguna Canyon Road, Irvine, California, United States; onsite.

Base pay: $124,000–$173,000 USD annually; bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits may be offered separately.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the finance systems landscape, with NetSuite OneWorld as the system of record for multi-subsidiary accounting.
• Shape the finance systems roadmap with Accounting, Finance, and IT leadership and produce solution designs, data-flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Define integration strategies and reliability standards across NetSuite, Salesforce, Pigment, Boomi, Informatica, SAP Concur, HRIS, banking, and data warehouse platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, SuiteFlow workflows, NetSuite configurations, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytics workbooks.
• Architect Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report solutions, including revenue management, tax, intercompany, and fixed-assets capabilities.
• Lead root-cause analysis, large implementations, module rollouts, partner management, data governance, and evaluation of AI capabilities for finance systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment, covering administration and development.
• Advanced SuiteScript 2.x skills with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk REST/SOAP, and the SuiteCloud Development Framework.
• Experience architecting NetSuite integrations with CRM, CPQ, T&E, and other SaaS platforms using middleware such as Boomi, Informatica, Celigo, or Workato.
• Deep functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash, including ARM, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and operational data flows into the general ledger.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in SuiteQL, saved searches, reports, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience leading large projects end to end and managing implementation partners.
• Ability to explain complex technical designs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and SuiteTax in a SaaS or subscription business.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD for SDF projects, and agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or LLM tools to ERP automation and reporting.
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer.
• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
