Financial Crime Compliance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (London, UK; Warsaw, PL)

What you will do

• Lead institutional and corporate KYC and EDD reviews, including complex UBO analysis.
• Oversee and perform monitoring of crypto and fiat transactions to identify and escalate suspicious activity.
• Manage alert handling, investigations, and escalation workflows.
• Develop and optimize transaction monitoring rules and thresholds in partnership with Compliance.
• Draft and maintain financial crime operational procedures and SOPs.
• Support regulatory change implementation, audits, and internal reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial crime, AML/KYC, or transaction monitoring.
• Strong hands-on experience with both crypto and fiat monitoring.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Chainalysis, SumSub, and Notabene.
• Proven ability to draft and operationalize procedures and SOPs.
• Deep understanding of UK and international AML and financial crime regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
