Apartment Improvement & Design Intern (Interior Design/Operations): Supporting apartment assessments, improvement coordination, installations, styling, and onboarding readiness across Ukio’s furnished-apartment portfolio with an accent on interior quality, supplier coordination, and project tracking. Focus on coordinating on-site works, monitoring timelines and budgets, and solving setup blockers across Design, Supply, Improvement, and City teams.

Location: Paris, Île-de-France, France; Workplace: On-site

hirify.global is a Spain-founded proptech startup providing fully furnished, artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month, with offices across Western Europe.

What you will do

Support apartment assessments and identify improvement and design needs.
Coordinate on-site works, utilities, furniture installations, and styling execution.
Help prepare apartments for onboarding, including access, appliances, decoration, and setup.
Collaborate with Design, Supply, Improvement, and City teams on project execution.
Track timelines, tasks, budgets, and project updates using internal tools and spreadsheets.
Coordinate suppliers and contractors, follow up on progress, and help resolve setup blockers.

Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong interest in interior design, operations, and project coordination.
Good aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized, hands-on mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with others.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with confidence using spreadsheets.
Fluent English required.

Nice to have

Familiarity with CAD programs such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
Additional language skills.
