Senior Architectural Designer

What you will do

• Contribute to feasibility studies, programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, presentations, production, and construction administration.
• Translate hirify.global’s brand standards and wellness-focused approach into residential, hospitality, amenity, wellness, communal, and lifestyle environments.
• Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, design studies, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation in Revit.
• Coordinate architecture with interiors, landscape, lighting, MEP, structural, and specialist consultants.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, RFIs, and technical submissions, and participate in site inspections and design reviews.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality, documentation standards, and commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, mixed-use, wellness, or lifestyle developments.
• Strong knowledge of residential architecture, hospitality environments, amenities, materials, detailing, accessibility, and building operations.
• Highly proficient in Revit, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to develop conceptual designs, presentations, and construction documentation.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Figma, Dynamo, BIM, computational design, LEED, WELL, or Fitwel.
• Professional architectural licensure.
