Single Private Family Office is looking for an experienced Property Director to oversee an exclusive portfolio of luxury residences across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, France and Cyprus.
This is a senior role for a highly organized professional who understands luxury residential operations, private service and five-star hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and develop an international portfolio of luxury residences
• Ensure exceptional operational, housekeeping and service standards
• Recruit, lead and develop household teams
• Oversee renovations, maintenance and complex property projects
• Manage budgets, suppliers, contractors and operational costs
• Coordinate with legal, tax, financial and insurance advisors
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure consistent standards
• Travel internationally to oversee properties and projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years in luxury residential property management, ideally at Property Director level
• Strong expertise in the London luxury residential market and established network of trusted suppliers and contractors
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Strong project and financial management experience
• Fluent English and Russian — mandatory
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
