Project Engineer AutoStore (AutoStore)

Location: Greater Lisbon, Portugal; remote work from home until the new office near Parque das Nações / Oriente opens, followed by project delivery both remotely and on-site. Occasional travel within Europe is required.

What you will do

• Plan and execute AutoStore projects across Europe.
• Create detailed layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Prepare technical specifications and tender and offer documentation across sales and project phases.
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, customers, regulatory bodies, and Project Managers.
• Ensure safety compliance through risk assessments and CE conformity concepts.
• Support remote and on-site project delivery, resolve technical challenges, and improve processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar Engineering.
• Basic experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit, or strong willingness to learn.
• Based in Greater Lisbon and able to work from the Lisbon office once it opens.
• Fluent English required; other European languages are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and openness to working in diverse international teams.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for automation systems and project-based work.
