Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $160,000–$220,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead the Product and Business Development team for hirify.global's immersive 3D collaboration solution category.
• Manage relationships with Google Beam, Zoom, Microsoft, markets, business units, and other cross-functional partners.
• Set market goals, manage pricing and approvals, provide business insights, and drive in-quarter business management.
• Develop short- and long-term growth plans, investment plans, market expansion initiatives, and business cases.
• Manage complex global deals, allocation prioritization, deal tracking, product allocation, and contractual business programs.
• Coordinate large cross-functional teams, budgets, deliverables, risks, and operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience.
• Experience in product marketing, product design, product management, business development, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, business and financial analysis, pricing, market research, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.
• Ability to lead complex cross-division initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, manage teams, and operate effectively in a complex environment.
• Ability to analyze technology trends, architectural landscapes, product roadmaps, customer journeys, and multi-year development cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience developing propositions with Google teams, global markets, system integrators, government or public-sector organizations.
• Experience with subscription models, vertical expansion, geo-expansion, and organic or inorganic growth initiatives.
