EMEA Quality Performance Engineer

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with home office and office work depending on the role and functions.

What you will do

• Own service quality and engineering performance for assigned repair partners and commodity portfolios.
• Lead complex quality escalations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and risk containment.
• Govern repair partner performance across quality, yield, efficiency, scrap, and NTF KPIs.
• Drive repair yield improvement, waste reduction, and value capture initiatives.
• Ensure service readiness and quality stability across NPI, sustaining, and end-of-life product stages.
• Create, maintain, standardize, and deploy global technical documentation using field learnings and partner feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in quality engineering, product support, repair operations, or a similar role.
• Strong root cause analysis, problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of repair processes, serviceability, and lifecycle engineering.
• Experience with supplier or partner governance and performance management.
• Ability to work with autonomy in a global, matrixed environment and balance operational priorities with engineering deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience managing suppliers or repair partners in a global environment.
• Experience with complex electromechanical systems, particularly printing or similar products.
• Experience with technical documentation, repair engineering, or serviceability.
