Director, Human Resources Business Partner - Engineering and Product (HR)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; hybrid schedule with collaboration in the office three days a week

Salary: $191,900–$255,800 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering executives to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Advise leaders on leadership effectiveness, team development, organizational health, and change management.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to build future capabilities and talent structures.
• Use people analytics and organizational health metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Connect global design and go-to-market partnerships with practical, scalable people processes.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery and drive action plans with business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive progressive HR experience, including significant business partnering experience with senior leaders such as Senior Directors and Vice Presidents.
• Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives, influence leaders, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting international client groups and adapting strategies across geographies.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of product development and operations, including roadmaps, go-to-market, and enterprise delivery mechanisms.
