Sr. Director, Offering Management (Quantum Developer Platform)

Location: London or US offices; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $260,000–$325,000 annually, inclusive of bonus target

What you will do

• Define and evolve the multi-year strategy for a cloud-based quantum developer platform.
• Prioritize platform capabilities, build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions, monetization models, and investment business cases.
• Own the developer experience across onboarding, documentation, APIs, SDKs, tooling, debugging, and support.
• Partner with engineering leaders on scalable, resilient platform architecture and technical trade-offs involving scale, cost, and maintainability.
• Grow the developer ecosystem through education, onboarding, advocacy, partner enablement, and co-innovation.
• Establish roadmap planning and operating rhythms while tracking milestones with program management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product or offering management experience in developer platforms, cloud services, HPC, or advanced compute systems.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience bridging quantum computing, software engineering, and product strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence research, engineering, business, sales, finance, legal, and product teams.
• Experience managing a small, global team and influencing across an organization without direct reporting relationships.
• Strong written and spoken communication, leadership judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC, accelerator-based platforms, scientific computing, simulation environments, or cloud-service-provider computing platforms.
• Prior knowledge or experience in quantum computing.
• Player-coach experience combining hands-on project work with team coaching and feedback.
