Director, Web Platforms & Digital Products

Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, California, with required in-office attendance

Salary: $158,000.00–$197,000.00 annually

hirify.global of America develops and operates gaming brands, consumer digital experiences, web platforms, and direct-to-consumer commerce initiatives.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and ongoing evolution of hirify.global’s consumer web ecosystem, including hirify.global.com, franchise websites, creator platforms, promotional experiences, and future digital products.
• Lead digital product planning and optimization using user research, analytics, experimentation, customer insights, and emerging technologies.
• Own the strategy and performance of D2C ecommerce experiences, including storefronts for merchandise, collector’s editions, digital products, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee integrations across ecommerce platforms, payment providers, fulfillment partners, identity systems, CRM platforms, analytics solutions, and third-party technology vendors.
• Partner with the UK-based Technology organization on APIs, CMS, backend architecture, infrastructure, Agile planning, QA, release management, and platform governance.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of front-end developers, content project managers, and digital product specialists while partnering with marketing, community, publishing, analytics, and technology teams.

Requirements

• In-office attendance in Irvine is required for supervision, collaboration, teamwork, and product creation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital product management, website strategy, web platforms, digital experience, or ecommerce.
• At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams and enterprise digital initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale consumer websites, D2C ecommerce platforms, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise CMS platforms, modern front-end technologies, API-driven architecture, ecommerce platforms, customer identity, UX/UI, WCAG, SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, media, or consumer technology.
• Experience with globally recognized entertainment or gaming brands, creator ecosystems, fan communities, loyalty platforms, or live-service games.
• Familiarity with personalization technologies, player identity platforms, D2C business models, and external development partners.
• Passion for video games and emerging digital technologies.
