Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Base salary: $107,900–$183,400 per year

What you will do

• Identify high-impact business challenges and opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Prototype ideas, communicate trade-offs, and develop predictive modeling and advanced analytics tools.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor complex machine learning models in production.
• Lead teams in applying programming best practices and emerging technologies.
• Use AI and machine learning to automate repetitive tasks, improve development efficiency, and strengthen product functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mastery of Python or R, machine learning algorithms and techniques, and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL and database management systems.
• Experience deploying and monitoring models in production.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as DOMO, AWS QuickSight, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of production code practices, including unit testing, object-oriented programming, error handling, logging, contract testing, and version control.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related quantitative or computer science field.
• Experience with Databricks, MLflow, and AWS services including Lambda, SageMaker, S3, Athena, and QuickSight.
• Experience with Agile software development.
