Product Marketing Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own product marketing initiatives across the NEURA portfolio and align them with business priorities and company strategy.
• Translate complex robotics, AI, software, and hardware capabilities into differentiated messaging, customer value propositions, use cases, and core content.
• Lead full-funnel campaigns with creative, online marketing, and technical stakeholders to drive measurable commercial results.
• Coordinate market communication across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Manage product marketing for collaborative robots, mobile robots, humanoid and assistant robots, the Neuraverse ecosystem, and NEURA Gym.
• Support the Growth sales unit with presentations, battlecards, fact sheets, and other competitive B2B technology materials while driving rapid product launches.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Product Marketing or a related commercial role in a competitive B2B technology environment.
• Deep understanding of technical domains such as robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, deep tech, or industrial software and hardware.
• Proven ability to translate complex engineering specifications into customer benefits and own product narratives.
• Assertive, resilient, proactive approach with strong execution, structure, and urgency.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, writing, messaging, and presentation skills; outstanding English is required.
• Ability to collaborate across an interdisciplinary marketing organization while independently driving initiatives to completion.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Experience monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
