What you will do

• Define and refine product USPs and "reasons to buy" to create effective marketing collateral.
• Develop product communication tools, including fact sheets, sell-in decks, and e-retail guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to maintain a comprehensive competitive database.
• Lead Product Marketing Kick-Offs and brief content teams on product features and messaging.
• Optimize product content for websites, e-commerce platforms, and offline catalogs.
• Act as the primary product expert for Customer Support to create FAQs and standardized answers.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Product Marketing, ideally within consumer goods or automotive industries.
• Strong ability to translate technical features into consumer-relevant messaging.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills for digital and offline channels.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus.
