Community & Creator Growth Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day community operations and creator communications across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
• Run outreach and activation loops to grow and engage the user base.
• Build workflows, templates, and processes that scale community operations while preserving authenticity.
• Design ambassador programs, creator spotlights, and loyalty initiatives.
• Create posts, videos, and user showcases that support growth, learning, and retention.
• Track engagement and retention, identify drop-offs, and improve programs using data and feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience growing or running a community, channel, or creator program, professionally or as a serious side project, with demonstrable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord platform culture.
• Clear communication skills and an action-oriented, experimental approach.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows with urgency, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity about AI and creativity, with an entrepreneurial and independent working style.
• Ability and strong preference to work on-site with the growth team at the Berlin HQ.

Nice to have

• Basic content production skills with CapCut, Premiere, or Figma.
• Comfort running live sessions.
• Strong interest in AI/ML, creator tools, gaming, or video technology.
