Treasury Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with an expectation of three days per week onsite. Employees may work remotely from abroad for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Process and monitor manual payment orders.
• Conduct foreign exchange operations.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cash-flow projections for LATAM entities.
• Analyze forecasts and prepare reports and dashboards for treasury decisions.
• Support treasury system implementation and develop workflow processes.
• Implement treasury policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory compliance measures.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade, or Economics.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Intermediate or advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to document process flows and drive process improvements.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
