Card Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid or remote within the United States; offices in Kansas City, New York, San Francisco, and Sunnyvale, with Sunnyvale listed as hybrid.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 in Zone 1, $89,000–$110,000 in Zone 2, or $65,500–$83,000 in Zone 3, depending on geographic market, skills, experience, and role.

What you will do

• Manage monthly card network invoice reviews and reconciliation.
• Prepare quarterly Visa QOC and Mastercard QMR reporting and distribute monthly card program metrics.
• Monitor daily card program performance to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee card program vendors, including onboarding, performance reviews, contract management, and service provider validation.
• Maintain questionnaires, procedures, and operational documentation for card-related partners.
• Support compliance with Visa, Mastercard, card network, and internal risk management requirements while improving automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in card operations, payments, fintech, banking, or a related environment.
• Working knowledge of card industry best practices, including EMV standards, card manufacturing, and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, judgment, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong project management experience, including managing development, maintenance, and support teams.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the United States; the role is hybrid or remote within the U.S.
