Global Security Technology and Construction Delivery Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Travel of up to approximately 25% is required.

What you will do

• Define the physical security technology roadmap and lead security technology refresh and data center construction projects from planning through delivery.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, integration, and operational handover of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
• Translate customer contract requirements into security design specifications and verify compliance through design reviews and site inspections.
• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies, manage selection processes, and prepare cost-benefit analyses and recommendations.
• Manage project budgets, risks, timelines, KPIs, reporting, vendors, contractors, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, Design and Construction, Service Delivery, Facility Management, and Customer Success teams while supporting training and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in physical security management, program delivery, technology integration, project management, or construction delivery, preferably in data center environments.
• Expert knowledge of physical security technologies and their integration into complex infrastructure or critical facilities.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving security system installations and expansions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, facilities management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• CPP, PSP, PMP, or comparable physical security and project management certifications.
• Experience with global security programs in the data center or technology sector.
