Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - Florida, United States; annual travel may be required for internal training, team meet-ups, strategy meetings, and business or client needs.

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, and key decisions.
• Provide project status updates and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support change management, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility for independently planning and executing projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and execution.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence without direct authority, and communicate business impacts clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira, Wrike, or other project management software.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
