Location: United States; office-based in Santa Ana, California or New Jersey, with remote and hybrid candidates considered. Candidates within a one-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite most of the time. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
Salary: $163,000–$218,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end product marketing strategy for TCG and Pop Culture grading categories, including Pokémon, comics, magazines, and video games.
- Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, drops, and category expansions across digital, CRM, events, and social channels.
- Define category positioning, messaging, value propositions, pricing, packaging, and promotional frameworks.
- Translate collector insights, market dynamics, release cycles, grading demand, and pricing trends into product and GTM strategies.
- Build partnerships with creators, IP holders, retailers, and industry events while identifying whitespace opportunities.
- Establish full-funnel KPIs, optimize campaigns and experiences through testing, and build a high-performing product marketing function.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or category leadership.
- 5–7+ years of experience managing people and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep, authentic expertise in TCG ecosystems, especially Pokémon and adjacent intellectual property.
- Strong understanding of grading, collectibles markets, and secondary marketplaces, with a track record of launching products and scaling category growth.
- Experience operating cross-functionally in complex organizations, with strong data-driven decision-making, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% is required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
