What you will do
- Develop enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned with regional business priorities, industries, offerings, and strategic partners.
- Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning across business and marketing teams.
- Advise senior business leaders and manage stakeholder engagement, governance, approvals, and delivery alignment.
- Turn customer, market, and business insights into outcome-focused marketing briefs and buyer-journey initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications, Campaign Management, and Sales Enablement to deliver integrated programs and go-to-market readiness.
- Review campaign performance, identify scaling opportunities, and improve future initiatives based on data.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic B2B marketing, ideally in technology, consulting, or complex enterprise services.
- Experience developing marketing strategies that drive business growth, pipeline, and revenue.
- Confidence influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional collaboration in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and financial management experience, including budget ownership.
- Experience delivering industry- or offering-led marketing programs and navigating ambiguous business challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Strategy, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications, such as Social Media Strategist, or equivalent work experience.
