Product Owner or Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote for candidates based in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, or Colombia; requires strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.

Monthly compensation: $2,500–$3,000 USD, depending on experience and fit.

The role supports a potential AI product project for a Fortune-ranked global medical technology company through Xenon7.

What you will do

• Work with Xenon7 and client stakeholders to understand product needs, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Define and structure requirements for a multi-agent AI solution that reviews internal documentation and external FDA regulations.
• Translate business and stakeholder input into clear requirements for the technical development team.
• Collaborate with the development team during product build and deployment.
• Coordinate communication among client stakeholders, Xenon7, and the Croatia-based technical team.
• Document product decisions, requirements, references, and project progress using product and project management tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar product-oriented role.
• Based in LATAM and able to work with strong overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
• Experience working in a startup or product-oriented company.
• Ability to work with technical teams and client or business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Strong English proficiency, product thinking, communication, and documentation skills; moderate day-to-day experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
