Finance Project Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid role

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end finance projects, including AP/AR system replacements, bank migrations, payment integrations, subsidiary onboarding, and tax rule implementations.
• Serve as the finance lead for NetSuite workstreams and translate accounting requirements into system specifications.
• Manage project planning, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and launch optimization initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, daily accounting activities, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual reports while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial controlling, ideally as an Accounting Manager or Financial Controller across multiple companies.
• Experience in a startup, technology, or fast-moving environment and an understanding of end-to-end systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or financial system implementations, bank migrations, subsidiary integrations, or multiple statutory annual reports.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong project organization, initiative, communication, and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Experience in an international, multi-currency, or publicly listed company.
• Familiarity with IFRS.
