Maintenance Planner

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States; onsite in plant, warehouse, and operational environments

What you will do

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly maintenance schedules based on plant priorities, resources, and operational needs.
• Review and plan work orders, identifying required labor, materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements before execution.
• Manage preventive maintenance scheduling, completion tracking, and continuous improvement of job plans.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities and plant resources across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Storeroom, and contractor teams.
• Monitor work order backlog, schedule compliance, PM completion, and maintenance KPIs.
• Support contractor coordination and corrective actions from reliability and root cause investigations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability, operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with a CMMS such as Limble, SAP, Maximo, Fiix, or Infor.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance practices.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial, production, warehouse, and construction environments and comply with required safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, mining, energy, or heavy industrial operations.
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling certification or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles.
• Experience coordinating contractors and plant resources.
