Sr. IAM Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain identity provider operations, application lifecycle management, and related documentation for government cloud environments.
• Integrate identity solutions with Engineering and IT teams while supporting FedRAMP and DoD compliance.
• Implement security measures, perform security impact analyses, and maintain government security controls.
• Automate repetitive identity operations and develop monitoring and alerting workflows.
• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support, solution design, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate support activities, update stakeholders, and participate in the federal cloud on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–11 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 6–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with identity and access management, Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, and related technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Remote work location: United States.

Nice to have

• Python and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, especially in government cloud environments.
• Experience with Keycloak, PingIdentity, NokNok, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and MFA integrations.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools, SIEM platforms such as Splunk, and security best practices.
• CJIS background investigation clearance and relevant certifications or training.
