Associate Manager, Market Access & Pricing (Healthcare)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada. Office-based role with business hours from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday; some travel may be required.

Salary: CAD 70,000–80,000 per year, applicable to locations within Canada.

What you will do

• Support submissions to CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, provincial agencies and programs, and private payers.
• Conduct background research, critically appraise literature and data, and develop clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence.
• Prepare submission dossier components, budget impact reports, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, pricing analyses, payer documentation, and slide decks.
• Monitor the Canadian access and reimbursement landscape and provide updates to clients.
• Lead defined-scope projects, participate in client meetings, and liaise with Canadian payers.
• Train and mentor Associates on submission setup, compilation, and document submission processes.

Requirements

• University degree in health services research, public health, epidemiology, economics, or pharmacy; a Master's degree is an asset.
• At least one year of experience on a Canadian Market Access & Pricing team or equivalent experience supporting Canadian submissions.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, networking, and conflict-management skills.
• Business-level English proficiency is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• Reading, writing, and communication skills in French.
• Understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, HTA, and Canadian private and public payers.
• Knowledge of practical pharmacoeconomics applications in HTA review.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry market access experience.
