Senior Data Analyst - Strategy (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Translate complex datasets into growth roadmaps and strategic recommendations for the Executive Committee and C-suite.
• Identify opportunities in growth, pricing elasticity, operational efficiency, and revenue optimisation.
• Build executive-level BI dashboards and provide data-driven insights for regional stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including data extraction, modelling, analysis, and presentation.
• Develop automation initiatives, establish SOPs, and unify fragmented data into a single source of truth.
• Manage analytics roadmaps, support cross-functional projects, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Statistics; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business analytics, or sales enablement.
• Experience working with product teams in internet, e-commerce, or digital media companies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and dashboard tools; experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse large, multi-source datasets, work autonomously, and operate effectively under pressure.
