Senior Software Engineer (Python/React)

Location: On-site at hirify.global HQ

Compensation: C$150K–C$200K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Solve complex software problems end-to-end.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex applications.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features and products.
• Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and improve code quality.
• Own all aspects of assigned work and contribute to product decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, TypeScript, and React.
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns and architecture.
• Strong understanding of database design and development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Availability to work on-site at hirify.global HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP.
