Solution Architect-2 (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Set up and install technical systems, applications, and process designs for client technology and business process solutions.
• Support client access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, and user training.
• Configure and extend hirify.global using Salesforce automation, data integrity tools, UX, and security mechanisms.
• Recommend customization approaches, data model extensions, environment strategies, and promotion paths.
• Troubleshoot client issues using configuration reviews, debug logs, and Chrome tools.
• Conduct feature quality control and testing while collaborating across teams on end-user configuration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s or advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce.com architecture experience.
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Experience defining and implementing solution, information, technical, and application architecture solutions.
• Knowledge of data encryption methods, common integrations, DevOps, and hirify.global configuration.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for banking customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, or SFX.
• Experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
• Experience with loan origination or servicing systems and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Willingness to travel when required.
