Global Supply Manager (IT Hardware & Software)

What you will do

• Lead sourcing for IT hardware, software, and SaaS commodities.
• Manage contract and price negotiations for regional and global IT spend.
• Analyze requirements, cost drivers, historical spend, and forecasts with business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary contact for commercial issues.
• Identify and negotiate cost-reduction opportunities and issue RFx processes.
• Review vendor quotations, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent Chinese and English in speaking and writing.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, judgment, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• High integrity and business ethics.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience negotiating software service contracts.
• Experience with one of the managed commodities.
• Experience improving business processes and working with multiple stakeholders.
