Senior Engineer I - Facilities (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Oversee 24x7 plant operations, preventive maintenance activities, breakdown maintenance, and mechanical facilities services supporting manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance calendars, equipment life-cycle requirements, documentation, and utility monitoring for gases and process systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, repairs, capacity gap analysis, cleanroom temperature, humidity, and particle-count compliance for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate facilities projects, capacity upgrades, efficiency improvements, refurbishments, OEMs, service providers, contractors, and internal customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, statutory, engineering, and industry standards, including required permits and government coordination.
• Support budget management and prepare weekly and monthly utility consumption and facilities health reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; PRC registration or an engineering license is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor facilities operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 establishment and implementation.
• Experience with MEFP systems, water treatment, engineering plans and designs, cost estimation, and budget management.
• Strong technical, supervisory, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
