Product Development Engineer (Electronics)

What you will do

• Design new magnetic sensing and switching products and develop related manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, process, manufacturing, equipment, and quality assurance teams to transition products from concept and design into production.
• Test and validate designs against customer requirements and applicable standards, including product characterization, functional and material evaluations, and competitive analysis.
• Manage product development projects under ISO/IATF procedures, conduct design reviews, and coordinate formal product design releases.
• Report project status to management and coordinate with international safety agencies for product approvals.
• Guide technicians and support quality, design, and manufacturing improvements affecting product function, reliability, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in new product development, R&D, or new product introduction, preferably involving high-precision electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of CAD, mechanical design, and dimensioning, ideally including tolerance studies and design for manufacturability.
• Project management experience in product design and process development projects.
• Creative, curious, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
