Founding Security Lead (AI Security)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $150K–$300K annually, plus significant equity.

What you will do

• Own and evolve hirify.global-1 security requirements as the agentic threat landscape changes.
• Define practical approaches to prompt injection, adversarial attacks, jailbreaks, MCP risks, and A2A risks.
• Build and manage core security infrastructure and develop a world-class security posture.
• Develop and enforce security policies and incident response across the organization.
• Represent hirify.global's security perspective in client conversations, consortium sessions, and thought leadership.
• Handle enterprise client security and collaborate with the commercial team.

Requirements

• Years of security experience spanning strategic, technical, and operational ownership in a rigorous SaaS, AI, or professional services environment.
• Deep familiarity with how enterprises evaluate AI vendor security.
• Technical fluency across the core technology stack.
• Expertise in complex security topics and strong communication skills.
• Passion for AI-specific security risks and the ability to shape a new industry standard.
• Must work on-site in San Francisco.
