Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Must have right to work in Spain

What you will do

• Enter supplier invoices accurately using Odoo system
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger
• Send invoices for managerial approval
• Assist with month-end close and annual audit
• Manage cost center accounting and records
• Perform other ad hoc finance tasks

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in accounts payable or similar
• Competence in accounting software such as Odoo, Oracle, or SAP
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Right to work in Spain
