Solution Architect-1 (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Set up and install technical systems, applications, and process designs for client solutions.
• Manage client access, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, and user training.
• Configure and extend hirify.global using Salesforce automation, data integrity, UX, security, and related tools.
• Recommend solutions for customization, data model extensions, environment strategy, integrations, and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot client issues using configuration reviews, debug logs, and Chrome tools.
• Conduct hirify.global feature quality control and testing while using AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's or advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce.com architecture experience.
• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Experience defining and implementing solution, information, technical, and application architecture solutions.
• Knowledge of data encryption methods and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for banking customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, or SFX.
• Experience with Smartsheet or Jira.
• Experience with loan origination or servicing systems and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Willingness to travel when required.
