What you will do

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance inspections on complex facility systems and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and independently repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Complete advanced skilled trades work, including carpentry, painting, infrastructure upgrades, and specialized installations.
• Install, program, and calibrate building systems in accordance with codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
• Lead or coordinate complex maintenance and construction projects and respond to escalated work orders.
• Maintain compliance records, manage inventories, and provide technical training and mentoring to maintenance staff.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems repair, or skilled trades.
• Advanced proficiency across multiple skilled trades.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, technical manuals, schematics, and regulatory documents.
• Knowledge of building codes, environmental regulations, and safety compliance requirements.
• Strong independent problem-solving, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational or trade school training is preferred.
