Large Format Manufacturing Development Engineer

What you will do

• Lead mechanical and electromechanical printer subsystems through product development and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing partners, factory teams, and operations to deliver products for customer shipment.
• Own subsystem and process engineering performance against specifications and functional requirements.
• Support factory builds, NPI and CPE activities, prototyping, DFx input, and product/process knowledge transfer.
• Drive engineering change management and resolve product and process issues, including post-market field escalations.
• Improve cost, quality, factory productivity, and manufacturing partner performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent competence.
• 4–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a hands-on approach.
• Strong GD&T fundamentals and mechanical engineering skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and results-oriented execution.
• Ability to work with urgency according to program schedules and demonstrate learning agility and digital fluency, including AI skills.

• Electrical and electronic engineering skills.
