Production Associate II (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Benoi Sector, Singapore

What you will do

• Operate machines and equipment according to required specifications.
• Ensure production materials are available for operations.
• Carry out production activities in line with EHS, quality, regulatory, procedural, and 5S requirements.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and assigned projects.
• Work with the Production Operations team on daily manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or NITEC with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating shifts when required.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry objects weighing up to 20 kg.

Nice to have

• Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• SAP or other ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
