What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
• Guide customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks as part of their data and AI strategy.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple clients and align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Drive technical adoption of ML and AI across high tech and manufacturing use cases.
• Build networks of technical champions and establish virtual teams within customer accounts.
• Provide structured mentorship and technical leadership to other team members.

Requirements

• Significant experience in pre-sales, value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience with Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to establish virtual teams, build relationships with executives and influencers, and present technical points of view to decision-makers.
• Must be based in Texas for the remote role.
