Solutions Architect, Public Sector - East

What you will do

• Advise U.S. government and public sector customers on hirify.global Enterprise Edition and DevSecOps solutions.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and pre-sales guidance onsite and remotely.
• Design and lead proof-of-concept and proof-of-value evaluations, including tender, audit, and proposal support.
• Collaborate with sales to develop account strategies and create Customer Success Plans for deployment and adoption.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and channel customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Conduct Value Stream Assessments and create reusable technical examples and assets.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or information technology, ideally with U.S. public sector or federal customers.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global and modern software development and operations practices, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business or mission outcomes and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including leading customer meetings, demos, and value-focused discussions.
• Openness to learning and building expertise in hirify.global's Solutions Architect practices and resources.
