Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computers.
• Develop and apply quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum architecture.
• Work closely with quantum hardware teams to integrate theoretical and experimental development.
• Contribute across disciplines as needed to build a working quantum computer.

Requirements

• Strong interest in building a quantum computer.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Background in quantum error correction is desirable.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels, including post-bachelor's, master's, PhD, and beyond.
