Senior/Group Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including scope definition, timelines, resource management, and delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams in an agile environment.
• Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements, translating them into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify product opportunities.
• Plan product launches, monitor post-launch performance, and drive iterative improvements using product metrics and user behavior data.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of product management experience with a track record of launching and scaling products.
• 2+ years of B2C product experience.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience using data analytics tools and making quantitative product decisions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience successfully owning an important product head metric.
