Agile Product Owner Sr Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the global roadmap for PTP reference data, including Security Master and Account Master.
• Refine epics and stories, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate with the reference data development team.
• Manage the roadmap for out-of-the-box platform configurations across the US, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and Europe.
• Define component integration requirements, solution blueprints, regression scenarios, and end-to-end acceptance criteria.
• Work with development teams, Solutions Architects, implementation teams, customers, and pre-sales to resolve integration issues and prioritize requirements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Canadian retail, institutional, and correspondent clearing operations.
• Experience with securities processing in equities and fixed income across North America and/or Europe.
• Previous product or development experience at a broker or vendor in the securities processing domain.
• Deep understanding of Security Master and Account Master integration, usage, and challenges.
• Significant exposure to trade capture, middle-office, settlements, and corporate actions.
• Previous senior-level Product Management experience with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Broadridge BPS, Broadridge Gloss, or hirify.global RIMS.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Exposure to modern development practices, including CI/CD projects.
