Senior Warehouse Specialist (Bitcoin ATMs)

Location: Etobicoke, Canada; onsite at the warehouse 5 days a week

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and prepare incoming and outgoing Bitcoin kiosks for deployment, return, or storage.
• Coordinate, monitor, and track kiosk, equipment, and warehouse shipments.
• Maintain ERP and inventory management records for inbound, outbound, transferred, returned, and deployed equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and audits, investigate discrepancies, and manage kiosk key storage, assignments, and quarterly audits.
• Improve warehouse layout, storage processes, documentation, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, secure, organized, deployment-ready warehouse while following health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar warehouse environment.
• Experience handling pump trucks, packaging, and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, structured problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Process documentation, warehouse auditing, and machine setup skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or ATM industry.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fleet management experience.
• Knowledge of customs and duties in North America.
