Salary: $118,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of GF Labs strategic programs from concept through completion.
• Coordinate device engineering, process integration, process engineering, advanced packaging, design enablement, and manufacturing teams.
• Establish milestones, governance structures, technical reviews, and decision gates.
• Develop business cases and manage budget alignment, cost tracking, ROI transparency, and customer NRE funding.
• Communicate technical and financial status to executive stakeholders and align external commitments with internal capabilities.
• Identify technical, schedule, manufacturing, and financial risks; drive mitigation and issue resolution plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductors, advanced technology development, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and technology development lifecycles.
• Ability to integrate technical execution with business and financial considerations.
• Background in business, finance, or accounting.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline or an MBA.
• Experience with emerging or non-traditional semiconductor platforms.
• Experience with government-funded or academic research programs.
• Project Management Certification.
• Quantum semiconductor experience.
