Inventory Analyst (Supercomputer Operations)

Location: On-site in Memphis, Tennessee, or Southaven, Mississippi; work takes place in warehouse and data center environments with varying temperatures and noise.

What you will do

• Analyze inventory transactions, stock levels, usage, discrepancies, turnover, aging, accuracy, and other KPIs.
• Perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports and dashboards and support cycle counts by reconciling physical and system inventory.
• Maintain ERP/WMS data quality, including lot, serial, and location traceability.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, commissioning, and finance on planning, forecasting, and material flow.
• Improve receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and staging processes while tracking high-value assets and critical spare parts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL.
• Ability to work on-site in warehouse and data center environments.
• Ability to work around varying temperatures and noise, with occasional lifting, standing, and movement in inventory and staging areas.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of inventory analysis or control experience in warehouse, distribution, or high-volume operations.
• Experience with Jira, ERP/WMS systems, inventory reporting, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
• Experience in data center, semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, automotive, or technology environments.
• Process improvement, Lean, or inventory optimization experience.
