Sr. Product Manager (Data Security)

Location: Remote in the United States, based on Washington, DC

Salary: $165,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the Data Security Platform across on-premises, cloud-hosted, and hybrid deployment models.
• Balance customer needs, partner requirements, developer experience, and technical feasibility in strategic product decisions.
• Improve APIs, integrations, documentation, developer tooling, and other resources for teams building on the platform.
• Conduct customer and developer interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize feedback across stakeholders.
• Develop interoperability strategy for integrations with key management systems, content extraction tools, tagging solutions, and other enterprise security infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software.
• Experience with enterprise software development, deployment models, hybrid architectures, and enterprise IT decision-making.
• Ability to discuss APIs, SDKs, integrations, system architecture, and developer tooling.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, encryption, and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and ITAR.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for large enterprises with strict compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with key management systems, content discovery, data classification, platform-as-a-service products, or SDKs.
• Exposure to enterprise data governance, cryptography, encryption standards, agile development, or product management frameworks.
