Investment Advisor (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required.

Base salary: $55,300–$76,075 per year, with potential bonus or sales incentives depending on the role and performance.

What you will do

• Service individual clients and brokerage customers holding taxable brokerage and IRA accounts.
• Educate retail clients about advisory services and managed account options for retirement goals.
• Enroll new clients and conduct annual and mid-year reviews for existing clients.
• Provide best-interest investment advice and execute brokerage trades.
• Perform aspects of financial planning and identify leads for referral to the Wealth Advisor Team.
• Follow compliance, risk, and regulatory procedures while delivering responsive client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of financial customer service experience.
• Experience with brokerage and mutual fund trading.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 and 65, or Series 66, registrations.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Retail, IRA, or 401(k) customer service experience.
