What you will do

• Own Net New ARR targets for new UK and Ireland public sector pursuits and NRR targets for existing accounts.
• Manage and develop Solution Engineering and Technology Account Partner professionals.
• Build executive relationships with Programme Directors, CDOs, CTOs, and other public sector stakeholders.
• Oversee the handover from pre-sales to post-sales and maintain continuity across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage the technical quality of demonstrations, proofs of concept, and value reports.
• Contribute UK government procurement and data governance methodologies to the global pursuits playbook.

Requirements

• Experience managing or leading pre-sales or post-sales technical teams, including coaching and commercial responsibility.
• Substantive experience in UK government technology or a public sector organisation.
• Familiarity with G-Cloud and Crown Commercial Service frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise pre-sales and post-sales expansion models, especially at the sales-to-customer-success handover.
• Technical depth in data integration, platform architecture, and secure deployment models.
• Ability to combine senior executive engagement with hands-on support for complex evaluations.
