Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

Salary: $208,000–$248,650 OTE annually for candidates in the Greater Chicago Area, with possible bonus or sales incentive and RSUs.

Fin is an AI Customer Agent company whose product provides always-on customer support across service, sales, and ecommerce, integrated with the hirify.global help desk.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs and define suitable solutions.
• Deliver pre-sales presentations, solution reviews, and technical sessions that articulate Fin's value.
• Design and lead tailored Proofs of Concept demonstrating Fin's capabilities.
• Own RFP responses and customer security questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence product planning.
• Improve Solutions Engineering processes and contribute to a best-in-class playbook.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• At least four years of experience in a technical sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
• Strong technical acumen in technical discovery, value presentations, POCs, RFPs, and complex security questions.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, communication, collaboration, and customer relationship skills; occasional travel is required.
